Step 3
After each backup job, the data is verified by our system to ensure that it is complete and healthy. If a backup job fails for any reason, our team is automatically notified and a manual verification process is triggered to ensure your data will be available for you in the case it needs to be restored.

If the Worst Happens
Just call, email, or text us. If you just need a file or two restored, we can do that immediately. If you need a full-system restore, it usually takes one to two days.
